Sometimes scientific, other times mystical religious as well as aesthetic ornamental. Amber expresses the tonality of a color which marvelously matches this Grappa. But amber is also synonymous with a delicate and highly sought-after scent, which only epicureans want to deserve. Just like the fragrances released from the grapes and then from the marc of Moscato, before, during and after its distillation.

AGING: from October 2011 to October 2013 it rested in small oak casks of 700 liters capacity
AGING: from October 2013 to July 2016 Ambra del Moscato was aged in French oak barriques, caressing the Grappa and ensuring balance and harmony

ORGANOLEPTIC PROFILE:
COLOUR: very intense golden yellow (amber)
BOUQUET: floral and spicy bouquet, characteristic of young Grappa and in perfect harmony with the vanilla note of the wood
FLAVOUR: the initial citrus and spicy sensations give way to a crescendo of vanilla and tea leaves. The flavor is intense, enveloping and extraordinarily persistent.
